*Licensed psychologist (PY6302) in private practice who is currently accepting new patients in a location that can be reached by public transportation but is not accessible *Fees $200 for intake and $150 for 50 minute sessions, does not offer a sliding scale for self-pay; tricare and out of network BCBS, PPO client files *Treats adolescents through adults as individuals and groups in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include general anxiety and depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and family issues, treats athletes who have lost their ability to play due to medical issues through an organization called "Who We Play For" *Therapist is female, English and Spanish speaking, Hispanic & cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications

*Private, non-profit organization assisting youthful non-violent offenders, ages 11-17, either at risk for juvenile delinquency or already involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice system *Youth work towards a high school diploma or GED and participate in curriculum of life skills, academic and vocational training, IT certification and computer hardware training during regular school hours *Family Services program provides home-based family counseling and intervention counselors that make regular visits to the home to work with the youth and their family to address issues that may be causing delinquent behavior *Gadsden County Sheriff's Office collaborates with students providing 20 mentors to show the softer side of police work and focusing on how choices made today effect future life *Youth may be referred by parents/guardians or the Juvenile Justice system

*Private, non-profit organization assisting youthful non-violent offenders, ages 11-24, involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice system *Day Treatment Program: youth work towards a high school diploma or GED and participate in curriculum of life skills, academic and vocational education during regular school hours to include, youth build self-awareness, learn about potential careers, and develop a plan for reaching future goals for ages 11-15 and ages utilizes a combination of school-based and work-based learning to help youth learn job readiness skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and transition to the workforce for ages 16-24 along with mentoring *Outpatient Treatment services include screening, crisis/risk assessment, comprehensive assessment with behavioral health diagnosis, case coordination, and/or counseling services including individual, family, and group therapy *provides 24-hour rehabilitative care for youth referred primarily due to delinquency, programs may include treatment services for youth with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions *Family Services program: provides home-based family counseling and intervention through counselors that make regular visits to the home to work with the youth and their family to address issues that may be causing delinquent behavior

*Community based service for children and adolescents age 6-18 at-risk for psychiatric hospitalization; Children’s Outpatient Program provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy and case management services; staff provide services in the home, office, or child’s school to accommodate family’s busy schedules *Family Intervention Team (FIT) receives referrals from DCF investigators for families that may be in need of services; the team provides rapid access to mental health and substance abuse services, in an effort to reduce abuse neglect and removal of children from the home *Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIPP) assigns a case manager and a therapist work with families who feel that their child’s mental illness has risen to the level that they will need to be placed in an intensive, residential setting; assessment determines whether a placement is needed or if intensive services can be provided to prevent the placement *Community Action Team (CAT) provides full range of services to clients aged 11-21, who failed at less intense forms of treatment or who may have multiple crisis stabilization episodes, involvement with law enforcement or Juvenile Justice systems, involvement with the child welfare system, or current/possible placement in an alternative school setting; services available in Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla Counties *Accepts most insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, sliding scale for those who meet clinical criteria

Apalachee Center, Community Action Team (CAT)

*24/7 Crisis Response Team providing a full range of services to clients aged 11-21 with a documented mental illness, who failed at less intense forms of treatment or who may have multiple crisis stabilization episodes, involvement with law enforcement or Juvenile Justice systems, involvement with the child welfare system, or current/possible placement in an alternative school setting; *A step up from ‘traditional’ outpatient services or a step down from a long-term placement, such as a SIPP; available 24/7 to respond to crisis calls and are deployed when necessary in order to prevent crisis stabilization episodes or law enforcement involvement *Serves a limited number of families at any given time and services last anywhere from six to nine months; team consists of a Team Leader, two Care Managers, two Therapists, 3 Peer Specialists, and one Staff Assistant; Provides limited respite care, not lasting more than four hours for caregivers *Services available in Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla Counties; *Accepts most insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, sliding scale for those who meet clinical criteria
