Demp House Transitional Housing

*Eight-bed, faith-based Sober Living Transitional Housing for Men 18+ *Residents must show a commitment to sobriety required including drug and alcohol testing, attend AA meetings, participate in counseling sessions, do chores and pay their rent *Individual counseling services provided by licensed mental health providers 1 to 3 hours a week for about 4 weeks; schedule and time length varies according to need *Intensive outpatient program (IOP) takes place 3 evenings per week for 16 weeks in a small group setting *Ongoing group setting aftercare, relapse prevention, faith based studies, peer support *Medicaid, Medicare, other insurance, sliding scale fee; services available to anyone regardless of insurance or income *Transportation services may be available, access to city transportation is available

Turn About, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

*Minimum 21-week program for middle and high school students, ages 11-18, who are experiencing behavioral and/or substance abuse problems *Program meets every day after school for approximately 3 hours, during which time youth participate in individual, family, and group counseling *Counselors work closely with the young person and his or her family to prevent or eliminate adolescent substance abuse, improve self-esteem, create effective discipline, and improve family communication *Currently serving all of Leon County high and middle schools, four elementary schools *Weekly outpatient counseling available to children, adolescents and young adults *Free transportation may be provided *Free on-site school assessment and referral services for students whose behavior is a concern

Twelve Oaks, Military and Tricare Members Program

*Programs for active military and veterans struggling with issues such as substance abuse, PTSD, trauma, depression or other military or combated related issues *Flexible treatment plans designed to meet individual needs to include; Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Substance Use Disorder Day Treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (aka Day Treatment), Psychiatric Day Treatment and Detoxification *Facilities that are available are Inpatient Mental Health Facilities, Outpatient Mental Health Facilities, Veteran Outpatient Clinics *Transportation often available upon request, accepts Tricare as well as many other types of insurance, but Medicare and Medicaid not accepted, pregnant women not able to be accepted
