*Group practice of licensed professionals and supervised interns seeking to assist those with mental health and/or substance abuse issues by removing barriers such as homelessness, transportation, and accessible treatment *Practice English speaking only, is accessible, and can be reached by public transportation; currently accepting new patients; cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications *Fees $100 to $125 an hour, offers a sliding scale for self-pay; accepts United Health Care and Humana, working for Medicaid/Medicare accreditation call for information; uninsured clients with no funds may receive counseling from a supervised intern for little to no charge *Faith-biased treatment for adolescents through adults as individuals, couples, and families both in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include ADHD, addiction and substance abuse, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, family conflict, opposition/defiance disorder, school issues, self-esteem, self-harming, stress, suicidal ideation, and PTSD/Trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), support animal evaluations and letters *Offers Second Chance Employment Program, a 90-day program where ex-offenders receive job coaching and job readiness training, supported by the Bright Futures Bargain Store; case management with community resources, assists in Medicaid and food stamp applications, and applying for Social Security benefits; Parenting skills coaching

*Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing difficulty achieving and maintaining sobriety, need support to achieve sobriety and establish a sober support system, or as a step down from a higher level of care with a goal to to empower each person to develop effective strategies that will help them achieve and maintain sobriety through learning new ways to cope with their addiction *Includes fourteen hours of therapeutic group activities per week including intensive group therapy covering a variety of topics to include personal triggers, cravings, family issues, depression/anxiety and relapse prevention, psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, individual and family sessions when clinically appropriate and medication management *No charge for an initial assessment for this program
