*Senior Center offers congregate meals (hot lunches) at two locations: the Senior Center in Madison and 166 SW Onslow St, Greenville 32331, home delivered meals, recreational and educational activities, homemaker service, personal care assistance, respite care, food pantry, transportation for medical purposes and to and from the center for activities, telephone support, environmental modification and housing repair, pest control, loan closet for medical supplies, Health & Wellness
*Services are for anyone 60 years or older and persons diagnosed with Alzheimer's 18 years of age and older
*Caregiver support group, 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 1:30pm-2:30pm
*Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP) will pay up to $600 for home energy bills in a crisis (Over 60, low income, SRA approved, confirming letter from power company, or receive food stamps)
*Additional in-home services include case management, screening and assessment, housekeeping, pest control, emergency alert response systems, home delivered meals, health prevention, chore information, telephone reassurance, companionship, nutritional education and more
*Rescue Closet Program loans out equipment up to eight weeks, if the items is needed longer a request may be placed for an extension.
