*Provides transportation for health care appointments, personal appointments, legal appointments, personal shopping
*Transportation to health care appointments for Medicaid clients is made by the HMO to which the client is assigned; the client does NOT make the arrangements with a provider directly
*Persons not in a Medicaid HMO can still use the local provider, but will have to pay out of pocket, unless a grant covers them
*CTD qualified riders should call the local provider directly 72 hours in advance to make arrangements for transportation; CTD application needed
