*Organizations displaying black and yellow "Safe Place" sign have staff who have received training to assist troubled youth or runaways
*Staff are prepared to contact Capital City Youth Services or other organizations as needed and provide a safe place for children and adolescents to wait until other services can be arranged
*Transportation to Capital City Youth Services shelter is available from any Safe Place site
*If youth is a runaway, parents will be notified
