*Supportive counseling, information and referrals: family planning, pregnancy, infants and toddlers, as well as perinatal depression and other perinatal mental health concerns
*Primarily refers callers to low-cost family planning, prenatal or pediatric medical care and directs callers toward various financial resources: Medicaid, WIC, Food Stamps, TANF
*Follow-up services offered to ensure callers receive appropriate assistance
*Free packet of information with educational materials regarding family planning, pregnancy, infants and toddlers available upon request in English or Spanish
