*Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing difficulty achieving and maintaining sobriety, need support to achieve sobriety and establish a sober support system, or as a step down from a higher level of care with a goal to to empower each person to develop effective strategies that will help them achieve and maintain sobriety through learning new ways to cope with their addiction
*Includes fourteen hours of therapeutic group activities per week including intensive group therapy covering a variety of topics to include personal triggers, cravings, family issues, depression/anxiety and relapse prevention, psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, individual and family sessions when clinically appropriate and medication management
*No charge for an initial assessment for this program
