PACE Center for Girls, Leon County

*Drop-out prevention alternative school for girls in middle or high school ages 11-17 in school, at home, and online at no charge to the families; the Center Day Program provides year round education, counseling; the Reach Program is a therapeutic and counseling program offering social, emotional, and behavioral health and support services and life skills training *Provides skills to become independent, self-reliant, and economically self-supporting through individual counseling, parent/caretaker involvement, work closely with schools, set individualized goals, volunteering, and teach life management skills *3 years of case management monitoring after program completion

Parent Education & Family Stabilization Course

*Internet course fulfilling DCF approved parenting class required by most courts for divorcing parties to obtain final decree *Check to see if on-line course is allowed by governing court *Four hours covering nine topics, certificate at end of course; cost of $19.
