*Group practice and 501c3 non-profit currently accepting new patients, in a location which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation *Fees based on a sliding-scale from $0 - $120 based on client's income and number of dependents; first session is free; no insurance accepted, but will give clients copies of invoices to file with insurance on their own as requested which will include diagnosis codes *Treats children aged 4 through adults individually or as families in person by video (telemental health); support groups available for groups of four or more people; specialty treatment areas include grief, loss, and trauma such as divorce, abandonment (incarcerations, foster care, adoption, service families), abuse, suicide, homicide, crime, loss of functionality, loss of home or job, long-term illnesses, other life transitions, as well as death *Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications and all mental health professionals are English speaking only

THIS IS NOT A HOTLINE FOR THOSE FEELING SUICIDAL: PLEASE CALL 988 *LOSS: Local Outreach to those who have lost a a loved one to suicide; a two-person team of trained suicide loss survivors and mental health professionals serving as volunteers to be a resource of support, help and hope to bereaved survivors no matter how long ago the sucicide occured; can be contacted 24/7 by phone or by text at 741741for supportive services immediately and then for as long as needed to decrease their risk of suicide, strengthen mental health and help cope with grief; the LOSS Team will travel to see the bereaved person face to face, or provide assistance over the phone, and also provides a monthly support group *Collaborative effort of NAMI-Tallahassee, law enforcement agencies, and community partners including providing packets to victim advocates for Leon County Sheriff's office and Tallahassee Police Department with information and referrals for help

*Licensed Marraige and Family Therapist (MT2112) in private practice who is currently accepting new patients at a location which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation *Fees based on a sliding scale $30 - $120; based on family income and number of dependents; no insurance accepted *Treats children through adults as individuals, couples, and families in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include general anxiety and depression, grief/bereavement, life transitions/loss, anticipatory grief, terminal transitions, issues regarding foster care children, adoptees, families of incarcerated persons and other life transitions; will run support groups of over four people on request *Therapist is female, English speaking, Caucasian & cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications
